I spent years learning that control. my uncles put me in martial arts and yoga and meditation and anything else that could think of because back then no one had any clue
I get migraines and panic attacks. not so much now, but when I was younger it was a lot. I've gotten used to a lot though since then and I more understand what I'm sensing, which makes a huge difference. I don't have any spidey senses though. it can still be overwhelming sometimes though.
