In the dimension I'm from I’m known as April Parker, the twin/genetic clone/cousin of May Parker (depending on who you ask), daughter/niece of Peter and Mary Jane Parker. Here? I guess I'm just your friendly stranded dimensional traveler spider-girl?
That was a wild one to write. I didn't study the right science for this sort of thing.

If a dimension is like a single layer of webbing, then it's possible the collapse acted like a stick and got multiple layers of webbing stuck together? So this portal of yours is a path to the other layers, but because of [something], sometimes the gateway is open or shut?
Yeah, we can sit down and talk science sometime. It basically just sprung up in front of me, so I'm pretty sure I won't be much help. I mean, I'm grateful to the portal even though I'm away from my world, because I'm pretty sure I'd be dead or close to it otherwise.
